Hour Labour - Each hour, up to and including first hour (minimum charge for any visit) Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) 1x Electrician with or                                        without junior apprentice - 43.00 + VAT​

Hour Labour Senior apprentice - Each hour, up to and including first hour, Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) 1x Senior electrical apprentice -                                                                                19.00 + VAT

Hour OOH - Each hour out of hours, bank holiday or weekend urgent call out 1x Electrician - 90.00 + VAT

Minor Works Certificate - Charge for office based administration of certificate ONLY - 18.00 + VAT

​

Installation Certificate - Charge for office based administration of certificate ONLY, includes notification of work to local authority via NAPIT - 26.00 + VAT

​

Condition Report (Domestic) - Charge for office based administration of report ONLY - 36.00 + VAT

​

Condition Report (Commercial) - Charge for office based administration of report ONLY - 48.00 + VAT

​

Portable appliance test certificate - Charge per page (discretionary) for administration of certificate ONLY - 14.00 + VAT per page

 

All time is charged from the moment of departure from the Ormerod Electrical office to arrival back at the Ormerod Electrical office at 26 North Street, Wiveliscombe, Somerset TA4 2LA.
